Orkla India reported FY26 revenue from operations of INR 2,509 crore, up 4.8% year-on-year, with full-year EBITDA at INR 424 crore (margin 16.9%) and PAT at INR 286 crore. Q4 FY26 showed revenue of INR 626 crore with 5% growth and EBITDA of INR 100 crore (margin 16.0%). The company achieved 5.9% volume growth for FY26. Spices revenue grew 6.1% yoy while Convenience Foods posted 6.4% yoy growth with double-digit growth in sweets and meals. Digital commerce revenue grew 38% yoy for FY26. The company faced headwinds from West Asia conflict causing elevated freight costs and supply chain challenges, though the GCC business remained resilient. Trade working capital improved to 19.6 days from 21.4 days. Cash conversion was impacted by TDS on dividend, though excluding this it stood at 98%.
The company demonstrated consistent margin improvement trajectory (16.9% EBITDA margin in FY26 vs 14.4% in FY23) with strong volume growth, though Q4 margins were impacted by freight costs from West Asia conflict and investments in Project Bolt digital commerce initiative.
