Oswal Pumps reported record FY26 Operating Income of ₹20,644 million, up 44.3% YoY, with Q4 FY26 at ₹5,097 million (39.8% YoY growth). PAT reached historic high of ₹3,763 million in FY26, up 34.1% YoY, while Q4 PAT was ₹925 million, up 44.8% YoY. Operating EBITDA margin moderated to 23.2% in Q4 (from 27.1% YoY) and 24.9% for FY26 (from 29.4% YoY), due to competitive tender pricing and geopolitical input cost pressures. The company disclosed a strong order book of 19,912 pumps with a near-term pipeline exceeding 25,000 pumps. FY26 marked entry into rooftop solar under PM Surya Ghar with a 300 MW pipeline across Rooftop, Utility, and C&I Solar projects. Total borrowings were reduced significantly from ₹4,572 million to ₹2,253 million, with Net Debt/Equity improving from 0.99 to 0.08.
Strong revenue growth and record profitability are positives, but margin moderation in Q4 and higher working capital cycle (172 days) warrant attention. The debt reduction and diversification into new solar segments strengthen the long-term outlook, while dependence on government schemes remains a key risk factor.
