Oswal Pumps reported strong full-year FY26 results. Standalone revenue grew 41% to ₹17,963 million (FY25: ₹12,717 million) while consolidated revenue rose 44% to ₹20,644 million (FY25: ₹14,303 million). Standalone PAT grew 22% to ₹2,815 million and consolidated PAT jumped 34% to ₹3,763 million, including ₹33.82 million share of profit from an associate. The company completed its IPO in June 2025 raising ₹8,900 million via fresh issue; ₹2.71 billion of IPO proceeds remain unutilized and are deployed in fixed deposits. Finance costs declined as borrowings were pre-paid. Operating cash flows remained negative at ₹987 million standalone due to a large surge in trade receivables (up ₹4.8 billion). Auditors issued an unmodified opinion with no going concern or qualification issues.
The stock delivered robust revenue and profit growth in its first full fiscal year post-IPO. However, the large negative operating cash flow and rising receivables may raise concerns about working capital management. The healthy debt reduction and IPO proceeds provide a solid balance sheet foundation.
