Outcome of board meeting

The Board of Directors of Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited (formerly Abhishek Corporation Limited), at its meeting held on 16th July 2025, appointed Mr. Sachin Suresh Diwan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with immediate effect. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Diwan is a commerce graduate with practice experience in Direct Taxation and has handled accounting and management for various large group companies. He holds no shares in the company and is not debarred by SEBI from holding the CFO position. The filing also lists the authorized Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of events and making stock exchange disclosures.
