Solana Biofuels Limited announced its audited Q4 and FY25 results on May 29, 2025. Full year revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹14,741.67 lakhs (vs ₹6,732.85 lakhs in FY24), a jump of about 119%, led almost entirely by the Bio Diesel segment. Despite strong top-line growth, the company posted a net loss of ₹111.12 lakhs for FY25, though sharply narrower than the ₹724.30 lakh loss a year ago; Q4 FY25 alone turned profitable with a PAT of ₹80.43 lakhs. EBITDA margins compressed slightly (segment EBITDA margin moved from ~3.0% to ~2.6%), and EPS stood at ₹(0.25) vs ₹(1.61) last year. The statutory auditor (Darapaneni & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Revenue momentum and a sharply narrower loss are positives, but the balance sheet remains stretched — total borrowings of around ₹17,103 lakhs sit against a net worth of just ₹3,659.87 lakhs (with other equity still negative at ₹(840.13) lakhs), keeping leverage and solvency risks firmly on the table for shareholders.
