The Board of Vadilal Dairy International met on 30 May 2025 and approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Total revenue from operations grew modestly to Rs. 2,708.68 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 2,545.98 lakhs), a rise of about 6.4% for the full year, though Q4 revenue jumped ~45% YoY to Rs. 946.29 lakhs. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 88.87 lakhs for FY25, an improvement from a loss of Rs. 178.05 lakhs in FY24, but it still remains in the red on a full-year basis. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 20.83 lakhs (vs negative Rs. 145.69 lakhs last year). The statutory auditor (PVM & Co) issued an un-modified opinion. The board also appointed SG & Associates as Secretarial Auditor (FY26–FY30) and Mrs. Anagha Raut as Internal Auditor for FY26.
Positive signal: reduced full-year loss and sharply stronger Q4 performance suggest improving operational health, but persistent net loss and rising debt (total borrowings up to ~Rs. 1,359 lakhs against equity of ~Rs. 679 lakhs, D/E ~2x) cap near-term optimism. Clean audit opinion is reassuring for shareholders.
