The Board of Veronica Production Limited approved its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, along with the limited review report from auditor S K Bhavsar & Co. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 64.63 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 192.99 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). However, on a nine-month basis, revenue grew about 31% YoY to Rs. 557.76 lakhs versus Rs. 424.97 lakhs in 9M FY25. The company swung to a 9M FY26 net profit of Rs. 23.19 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs. 10.47 lakhs in 9M FY25, but Q3 FY26 alone reported a loss of Rs. 7.35 lakhs (Q2 FY26 loss: Rs. 9.97 lakhs). EPS for 9M FY26 was Rs. 0.033 versus Rs. (0.093) for full-year FY25. Reserves remain deeply negative at Rs. (7,254.24) lakhs against paid-up equity of Rs. 7,128.79 lakhs, indicating accumulated losses have eroded net worth.
Mixed signals for shareholders — the 9-month revenue growth and turnaround to profit are positives, but the weak Q3 standalone performance, recurring quarterly losses, and negative reserves (eroded net worth) raise concerns about long-term financial sustainability. Stock price may see limited positive reaction given the small scale and continued quarterly losses.
