Paos Industries' Board, at its meeting on August 14, 2025, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,261.36 lakhs, up about 39% sequentially from Rs. 1,624.00 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The company swung back to a profit after tax of Rs. 46.98 lakhs, compared to a loss of Rs. (232.39) lakhs in the previous quarter. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 0.77 from Rs. (3.81). However, other equity remains deeply negative at Rs. (2,196.35) lakhs, indicating accumulated losses far exceed share capital. The statutory auditor, M/s Rakshit Khosla & Associates, issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on the results.
The return to profitability in Q1 is encouraging for shareholders after consecutive losses, but the negative other equity of over Rs. 21.96 crore signals serious balance-sheet weakness that may keep the stock under pressure despite the operational turnaround.
