Outcome of Board Meeting held on 08-12-2025

Sarda Proteins' Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 8 December 2025, approved the appointment of three new Additional Directors, each for a term of five years subject to members' approval: Mr. Bipinkumar Babubhai Savalia, Mr. Gunvantray Jayantilal Zaladi, and Mr. Shivam Gunvantray Zaladi. The appointments were made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
