Taaza International Limited's Board of Directors met on November 28, 2025, and approved the 25th Directors Report along with the notice for the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25. The 25th AGM has been scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. and will be conducted through video conferencing (VC/OAVM). The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Boppudi and Associates as Statutory Auditors for a fresh 5-year term, from the conclusion of the upcoming AGM until the AGM for FY 2029-30. Additionally, M/s. P.
