He will assume the role effective 1st May 2026. Mr. Patil is a qualified Company Secretary and commerce graduate with over 6 years of professional experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, accounting, auditing, and taxation. He has significant experience handling secretarial and compliance functions of listed companies, including managing Board meetings, ensuring stock exchange compliances, and adherence to the Companies Act, 2013. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Patil is not related to any Director of the Company.
