The Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations stood at ₹64.38 lakhs, a sharp decline of about 59% from ₹156.57 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung from a profit after tax of ₹89.69 lakhs in Q1 FY25 to a loss of ₹3.40 lakhs in Q1 FY26, with basic EPS of ₹(0.02). The company remains under CIRP — its resolution plan was approved by NCLT in March 2024, but full implementation is pending because the company cannot meet SEBI's minimum 5% public shareholding norm, and BSE has withheld trading permission until the modified plan is cleared. The statutory auditor issued an emphasis of matter on the pending resolution plan implementation and on ongoing arbitration against Ambernath Municipal Corporation for recovery of unpaid contractual dues. The Board also appointed Ms. Sanskriti Agarwal as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The stock continues to be non-tradable on BSE due to the unresolved public shareholding issue, leaving shareholders in limbo. Weak Q1 results, the ongoing IBC process, and pending arbitration make this a high-risk, high-uncertainty situation until NCLT approves the modified resolution plan.
