Outcome of Board Meeting held on today May 15, 2026

The Board of Directors approved several significant changes at its meeting on May 15, 2026. First, Mr. Aakash Vishwamani Tiwari was appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director). Second, Mr. Shivanshu Pandey was promoted from Additional Director to Managing Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Third, and most importantly, the company approved altering its Memorandum of Association to shift its business focus from the telecom sector to entertainment content including music creation, production, publishing, distribution, and audio-visual content across media platforms. Fourth, the company approved changing its name from 'Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited' to 'Prabhat Entertainment Limited'. An EGM will be held to seek shareholder approval for these changes.
