Alka Securities' board, at its meeting on 14 August 2025, approved the standalone unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). The company also appointed Mr. Ankit Singhal as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Nishant Sharma as Internal Auditor for FY 2024-25. Revenue from operations jumped sharply to Rs. 13.98 lakhs from Rs. 2.50 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, while total income rose to Rs. 15.23 lakhs from Rs. 6.39 lakhs. Profit after tax increased modestly to Rs. 0.96 lakh from Rs. 0.77 lakh, with EPS at Rs. 0.00. The statutory auditor (PSV Jain & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
The sharp jump in revenue from operations is a positive signal, though absolute numbers remain very small and PAT growth was marginal. The negative other equity of Rs. 951.06 lakhs (from FY25 audited results) indicates accumulated losses, which remains a concern for shareholders despite the quarterly uptick.
