XL Energy's Monitoring Committee approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as well as the second and third quarters of FY26. The company, which has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since 2023, reported total income of just Rs 0.35 lakhs in Q1 FY26 versus Rs 28.29 lakhs in the previous quarter, with revenue from operations effectively at zero. The company swung to a loss of Rs 5.03 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 27.88 lakhs in Q4 FY25, translating to a loss per share of Rs 0.02. The approved Resolution Plan from a consortium led by Karishma Jain has not been fully implemented as of June 30, 2025, due to pending NCLT clarifications, procedural delays, and a suspension of trading. A share capital restructuring was attempted, but implementation is still pending, and an NCLAT appeal against the NCLT's May 2025 order is ongoing.
For shareholders, the stock remains suspended from trading and the company's operational revival remains uncertain until the resolution plan is fully implemented and the NCLAT appeal is resolved. The near-zero revenue and continued losses underscore that the company is still effectively non-operational, making this a high-risk situation with no clear near-term recovery in sight.
