The Board of Directors of B J Duplex Boards Limited, in its meeting held on February 12, 2026, approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income of just Rs. 0.1 lakh in Q3 FY26 (vs Rs. 0.30 lakh in Q3 FY25) with a net loss of Rs. 7.80 lakh for the quarter (vs Rs. 4.90 lakh loss in the corresponding quarter last year). For the 9-month period, the net loss narrowed to Rs. 7.34 lakh from Rs. 13.69 lakh in the same period last year. The Board also noted the earlier preferential allotment of 1,41,00,000 equity shares at Rs. 1 each (aggregating Rs. 1.41 crore) to promoters and non-promoters pursuant to an open offer. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the results.
The company continues to post losses with negligible operating revenue, and other equity remains negative at Rs. (224.08) lakhs, pointing to persistent financial weakness despite a narrower 9-month loss. The preferential allotment to promoters signals continued promoter support, but retail investors should note the weak fundamentals and the risks associated with a small, single-segment (paper & board trading) company.
