Neueon Corporation Ltd reported audited standalone results for FY2026 ending March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations more than tripled to Rs. 1,572.20 lakhs from Rs. 539.53 lakhs in the previous year. However, the company reported a massive net loss of Rs. 13,346.90 lakhs, significantly higher than the Rs. 9,073.67 lakhs loss in FY2025. The auditors from ASKM & Co. issued a Qualified Opinion citing inadequate impairment testing of assets where Rs. 58,748.44 lakhs impairment loss was recognized without proper documentation. The company completed its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), with the resolution plan approved by NCLT on October 23, 2024 and final payment made on August 28, 2025. Capital reduction was effected reducing face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 per share. The board also approved evaluation of strategic investments in defence, renewable energy, and Ed-tech sectors.
The qualified audit opinion and explicit going concern warning signal significant financial distress despite revenue growth. The huge net loss of Rs. 13,346.90 lakhs and cash losses of Rs. 7,328.88 lakhs indicate severe operational challenges. Shareholders face risk as the company is in early recovery stages post-restructuring.
