Over 10% of luxury home sales now come from NRIs across key global markets: Whiteland's Sudeep Bhatt

Whiteland Corporation's Strategy Director Sudeep Bhatt stated that NRIs from the Middle East, Singapore, the UK, Australia and Canada now contribute around 10-12% of the company's luxury home sales, driven by India's economic growth, improving infrastructure and demand for branded residences. The company views Dwarka Expressway as a fully developed luxury housing corridor rather than an emerging one, citing expressway completion, metro connectivity and proximity to IGI Airport as structural drivers. Whiteland is collaborating with Marriott International for Westin Residences in Gurugram and expects premium and branded residences to contribute a larger share of revenue over the next 3-5 years.
