Appointment of Ms. Archana Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 13th May,22025

Oxford Industries Ltd's board, in its meeting on 13th May 2025, approved three key appointments effective the same day. Ms. Archana Sharma (a qualified Company Secretary, ICSI member A38513) was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer designated as KMP. Mr. Nitin Oza, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience and currently a director in 3 companies, and Ms. Aakansha Vaid, a Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in secretarial compliances, were each appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) for a 5-year term. The company stated these appointments were made to comply with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. Member approval is pending for the director appointments.
