P&G Hygiene reported full-year FY26 revenue of ₹42,904 lakhs and PAT of ₹8,565 lakhs. However, direct comparison is not meaningful as the company changed its fiscal year end from June 30 to March 31, making FY25 a 9-month period only (July 2024 – March 2025). The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹60 per share (₹1,948 lakhs). Cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹5,570 lakhs at year-end with operating cash flow of ₹9,241 lakhs for the full year. The company has no debt and no subsidiaries. No going concern or emphasis of matter issues were raised by auditors. New Labour Codes effective November 2025 were assessed with no material financial impact.
A clean result with strong cash generation and dividend payout. However, the non-comparable period (12 months vs 9 months) makes YoY performance metrics misleading — shareholders should not draw direct growth conclusions from the headline numbers.
