Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has announced a change at the Head of Information Technology position. Mr. Nikunj Jain, the current IT Head, will step down effective June 30, 2025, as he is taking on a different assignment at P&G and relocating out of India. Mr. Jai Pankaj, currently the Chief Information Officer for P&G Indonesia and P&G's eCommerce business across Asia, Middle East and Africa, will take over as Head of IT effective September 1, 2025. Mr. Pankaj holds a B.E. from NIT Karnataka and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, with over 15 years of experience at P&G across multiple markets. There will be a roughly two-month gap between the two transitions.
This is a routine internal leadership transition within the P&G group and involves no change at the board or KMP level. Shareholders are unlikely to see any meaningful impact on the stock or business operations.
