Page Industries held its 30th AGM on August 7, 2025, via video conferencing, attended by 34 members. The Chairman, Managing Director, CEO and CFO presented the company's performance and shareholders raised queries on financials, operations, capacity expansion and online business. Eight resolutions were placed before shareholders, including adoption of FY25 financial statements, reappointment of Sunder Genomal and Shamir Genomal (retiring by rotation), appointment of two new Independent Directors (Suresh Eshwara Prabhala and Dinesh Ramkrishin Malkani for 5-year terms), continuation of Ramesh Genomal as Non-Executive Director post age 75, appointment of M/s Padmavathi & Vijayesh Associate LLP as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years, and approval of up to ₹19 million in remuneration for Non-Executive Directors for FY26. The MD highlighted that revenue from operations grew 8%, PBT rose 29% and PAT increased 28% in FY25, with the company paying a total dividend of ₹900 per share across four interim dividends. A new manufacturing facility in Odisha, the first outside Karnataka, was commissioned during the year, and e-commerce emerged as a strong growth driver supported by digital initiatives in supply chain and consumer engagement.
Strong FY25 results (revenue +8%, PAT +28%) and a hefty ₹900 per share dividend underscore continued shareholder rewards and business resilience, which should be viewed positively by investors. The new independent director appointments and governance continuity, combined with the Odisha capacity expansion, signal steady long-term growth focus with no major disruption to the existing promoter-led structure.
