Pakka Limited has informed exchanges that the trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed from 1st July 2026 for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in line with SEBI insider trading regulations and is in effect ahead of the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ending 30th June 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public. The board meeting date for approving the results will be communicated separately.
