Palco Metals has published a newspaper notice (Form CAA-2) for the proposed amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary Palco Recycle Industries with itself, as directed by NCLT Ahmedabad Bench on June 16, 2026. The notice appeared in Business Standard and Jai Hind Gujarati on June 26, 2026. Meetings of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Palco Metals are scheduled for July 27, 2026. Meetings of secured and unsecured creditors of Palco Recycle are on July 28, 2026. Remote e-voting runs from July 24 to 26, with cut-off on July 20.
Shareholders and creditors will vote on the merger in late July. If approved, Palco Recycle will be absorbed into Palco Metals, simplifying the group structure.
