Palco Metals has informed BSE that its 64th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the company's registered office in Ramol, Ahmedabad. The company has also disclosed a contingent liability of Rs. 3,164 lacs as a corporate guarantee given for its subsidiary, Palco Recycle Industries Ltd.
