On July 27, 2026, Palco Metals held an NCLT-convened meeting of unsecured creditors in physical mode to consider a Scheme of Amalgamation between Palco Metals Limited and Palco Recycle Industries Limited under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013, as directed by NCLT Ahmedabad on June 16, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Laxman Madnani, appointed by NCLT. Poll facility was provided to unsecured creditors. Detailed voting results will be filed separately with BSE under SEBI Regulation 44(3).
