Board appoints Sneha Bahuguna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

PAN HR Solution Limited's Board, at its meeting on July 21, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Sneha Bahuguna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel, effective immediately. Ms. Bahuguna is an Associate Member of ICSI (ACS 79973) with experience in corporate secretarial work, SEBI listing compliance, and Companies Act matters. She will also act as an authorised official for determining materiality of events under Regulation 30. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
