The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Sandeep Jain & PACs

Sandeep Jain, along with Persons Acting in Concert (Vikas Garg, Rahul Nagar, Himanshu Arora), has acquired 6,57,617 equity shares (11.86%) of Pankaj Polymers Ltd via an off-market Share Purchase Agreement dated January 14, 2026. Before this acquisition, the acquirers held just 31 shares (negligible). The acquisition took place on March 30, 2026, and is part of a larger deal to acquire 32,23,627 shares representing 58.15% of the equity share capital, giving the acquirers control of the company. A balance of 25,66,010 shares (46.29%) is yet to be acquired. After completion of the full 58.15% acquisition, Sandeep Jain and PACs will become the new promoters of Pankaj Polymers Ltd. The company's total equity share capital remains 55,43,900 shares (Rs. 5.54 crore).
