Panorama Studios International's board, meeting on 7th August 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped nearly fourfold to Rs. 13,417.86 lakhs from Rs. 3,455.32 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while profit for the period rose about 40% to Rs. 679.01 lakhs (vs Rs. 483.75 lakhs). Basic EPS stood at Rs. 0.96 versus Rs. 0.71 a year ago. Consolidated revenue also grew sharply to Rs. 13,634.70 lakhs with a consolidated profit of Rs. 350.31 lakhs. The board also appointed M/s. Nitesh Chaudhary & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval, and authorised Executive Director Sanjeev Joshi to sign the financial results.
The strong year-on-year revenue and profit growth signals a meaningful business uptick for shareholders, though margins remain thin at the consolidated level. The auditor appointment and routine governance items are largely administrative and unlikely to move the stock on their own.
