Signatureglobal (India) Limited reported consolidated total income of Rs 27,788.54 million for FY2026, up 5.3% from Rs 26,379.90 million in FY2025. Consolidated net profit after tax surged to Rs 10,946.44 million (vs Rs 1,012.09 million), boosted by exceptional items of approximately Rs 12,672 million — this makes the underlying operational profit picture unclear. Standalone total income fell 16.8% to Rs 16,534.89 million from Rs 19,882.04 million, with standalone net profit dropping 74% to Rs 161.71 million. Basic consolidated EPS rose sharply to Rs 77.90 from Rs 7.19. Outstanding debt increased to Rs 29,409.52 million from Rs 23,660.26 million. The company raised Rs 8,750 million via NCDs (11% p.a.) from IFC in Q3 FY2026, listed on BSE, secured by land at Sohna, Haryana.
Consolidated profit surge is largely inflated by exceptional items, masking weakness in standalone performance where revenue and profit both declined significantly. Rising debt and a higher debt-equity ratio of 1.59x (vs 1.28x) are concerns. Investors should look beyond headline profit numbers and focus on recurring operational earnings.
