Paradeep Phosphates reported strong FY26 results with revenue rising 29% YoY to ₹21,826 crore, EBITDA up 33% to ₹2,259 crore, and PAT surging 52% to ₹1,000 crore. The company achieved near-full capacity utilization (3.67 MMTPA) and grew production volumes by 8% YoY. Sales volumes rose 10% to 42.10 LMT, led by a 22% YoY jump in NPK grades (including TSP) to 24.64 LMT. Key growth drivers included backward integration — the company commissioned new Sulphuric Acid plants at Paradeep and Mangalore, adding 0.6 MMTPA (45% increase), and its phosphoric acid capacity doubling plan from 0.5 to 1.0 MMTPA is on track with Phase 1 expected in FY27. The company maintained its AA- (stable) credit rating and achieved an S&P Global ESG score ranking it in the top 2 percentile globally in the Chemical Sector.
The robust revenue and profit growth, combined with capacity expansion and backward integration, signals operational strength and margin resilience. Shareholders should benefit from improved scale, cost efficiencies, and the company's forward integration roadmap.
