Parag Milk Foods reported its highest-ever Q4 revenue of ₹945 crore (up 3% YoY) and full-year FY26 revenue of ₹3,818 crore (up 11% YoY). Despite a 5% volume decline in Q4 due to lower institutional sales and planned SMP reduction, the company achieved 23% PAT growth to ₹32 crore in Q4 and 19% PAT growth to ₹141 crore in FY26. Gross margin improved 130 basis points YoY to 28% in Q4, demonstrating successful cost pass-through amid 15% milk price inflation. The New Age Business segment (Pride of Cows & Avvatar) surged 91% YoY and now contributes 10% of total revenue. The company strengthened its capital structure through equity infusion from preferential warrants and FCCB conversion, reducing net debt to ₹484 crore with a healthy Net Debt/Equity ratio of 0.4x.
The stock appears positioned favorably with improving margins, strong growth in premium segments, and a deleveraged balance sheet. Return metrics show ROCE at 13.6% and ROE at 11.3%, indicating efficient capital deployment for shareholders.
