Parmeshwari Silk Mills reported its Q1 FY26 results on August 12, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹6,060.10 lakhs from ₹5,563.80 lakhs in Q1 FY25, up about 9%. Profit after tax rose sharply to ₹221.82 lakhs (EPS ₹7.39) from ₹163.42 lakhs (EPS ₹5.45), a jump of roughly 36% year-on-year. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Harappa Textile Mills), revenue rose to ₹6,227.59 lakhs and PAT grew to ₹250.36 lakhs (EPS ₹8.34), up about 40% year-on-year. The board also noted zero outstanding loans/debt on the company. An exceptional item of ₹7.91 lakhs was recorded in the standalone books.
Strong bottom-line growth driven by improved operating efficiency is positive for shareholders, though the modest top-line growth and absence of fresh physical inventory verification by auditors are mild concerns. Overall, the results signal healthy profitability momentum for the textile maker.
