The board of Parvati Sweetners and Power approved standalone unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025 on 12 February 2026. Revenue from operations for the nine months stood at about Rs 2,924 lakhs versus Rs 2,160 lakhs in the same period last year, a growth of roughly 35%. Profit after tax for the nine months jumped sharply to around Rs 1,057 lakhs from about Rs 126 lakhs earlier, translating to basic EPS of Rs 0.71. However, the Q3 standalone quarter saw a steep drop in turnover, which the company attributed to business process re-engineering and timing factors, with indirect expenses rising despite the decline. The statutory auditors (Bancrs & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report. The company also noted it has deferred Rs 290.29 lakhs of sapling procurement costs to be amortised over two years in line with higher seed production.
The strong nine-month turnaround in profits is a positive signal for shareholders, but the sharp Q3 standalone revenue drop and rising indirect costs raise near-term concerns. The sugar business is seasonal, so Q4 performance (crushing season) will be critical before drawing firm conclusions on full-year health.
