Arihant Exports Private Limited, a promoter group entity of Pasupati Acrylon Ltd, acquired 1,44,450 equity shares (0.16%) of the company from MVA Finance Private Limited on 26 December 2025 through an off-market transaction. The transfer was without any consideration and was carried out pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the NCLT, New Delhi Bench on 23 September 2025. After the transfer, Arihant Exports' individual holding rose from 6.32% to 6.48%, while the combined promoter group holding remained unchanged at 65.87% (5,87,15,445 shares). MVA Finance's stake correspondingly reduced by the same 0.16%.
This is a routine internal reshuffle within the promoter group due to a court-approved merger; there is no change in total promoter control or dilution for minority shareholders, so no meaningful impact on the stock is expected.
