Patanjali Foods reported standalone revenue of Rs 40,160 crore for FY2026, up 19.1% from Rs 33,758 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 39.4% to Rs 1,815 crore from Rs 1,301 crore year earlier. Q4 FY2026 revenue was Rs 11,156 crore with PAT of Rs 524 crore. The company issued bonus shares in 2:1 ratio during the year and allotted 7.07 lakh shares under ESOP scheme. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Exceptional items of Rs 19.9 crore included labour code compliance costs and impairment provisions for idle assets. Segment reporting shows Edible Oils segment contributing Rs 29,313 crore and FMCG Rs 11,189 crore to total revenue.
Strong bottom-line growth of 39% PAT outpacing revenue growth of 19%, but EBITDA margin compression of 124 basis points warrants monitoring. Clean audit opinion and consistent profitability growth are positives for shareholders.
