Patanjali Foods reported its highest-ever annual and quarterly performance for FY25. Total income grew 7.28% YoY to ₹34,289.40 Cr, with revenue from operations at ₹34,157 Cr (+7.6%). Total EBITDA jumped 36.9% to ₹2,079 Cr and PAT surged 70.1% to ₹1,301 Cr, both record highs. In Q4FY25, revenue grew 17.8% YoY to ₹9,692 Cr and PAT nearly doubled to ₹359 Cr (+74.3%), supported by record gross profit margins of 17.09%. The Edible Oils segment EBITDA crossed ₹1,000 Cr in FY25, while Home & Personal Care (HPC) delivered its first full quarter post-integration, contributing 7.47% to revenue. Marketing and promotion spends doubled YoY, and Oil Palm plantation area expanded to 89,546 hectares across 6.77 lakh hectares allocated.
Strong across-the-board growth with record profitability signals robust operational momentum, likely positive for investor sentiment. However, margin compression in Food & FMCG and HPC segments and high A&P spending may temper near-term margin optimism.
