Patdiam Jewellery has submitted its 26th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 34(1). Revenue and other income rose sharply to Rs. 16,124 lakhs from Rs. 10,651 lakhs in the previous year, a growth of about 51%. Profit before tax nearly doubled to Rs. 1,621 lakhs, and net profit after tax climbed to Rs. 1,190 lakhs from Rs. 617 lakhs, up roughly 93%. The board has not recommended any dividend, saying profits need to be ploughed back into operations. The 26th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025, and shareholders will vote on related party transactions with promoter-linked entities worth up to Rs. 65 crore annually and the appointment of two new independent directors. Foreign exchange earnings from exports stood at Rs. 15,223 lakhs versus Rs. 9,876 lakhs last year.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signals healthy business momentum, though the skipped dividend may disappoint income-seeking shareholders. The large related party transactions with promoter entities are worth monitoring, as they require special resolution approval at the AGM.
