Re-appointment of Shri C K Gopalakrishnan Nair , Non Executive Independent Director for second consecutive term of five years from conclusion of 34th AGM to conclusion of 39th AGM

Gopalakrishnan Nair as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of 5 years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting (held on September 29, 2025) until the conclusion of the 39th AGM. Shareholders approved this re-appointment via a special resolution at the 34th AGM. Mr. Nair is a textile engineer with over 35 years of industry experience, including 10 years as Managing Director of public sector textile companies. He holds no inter-director relationships requiring disclosure.
