Paul Merchants Ltd informed the stock exchange that Paul Excursions Private Limited, a promoter group entity holding 3,07,065 equity shares (9.96% of total equity), has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership named Paul Excursions LLP, effective February 1, 2026. The conversion was done under the LLP Act, 2008, and the new LLP entity will hold all assets and liabilities of the erstwhile private company. There is no change in promoter shareholding, management, or control of Paul Merchants Ltd. The shares currently held in the demat account of Paul Excursions Private Limited will be transferred to the demat account of Paul Excursions LLP in due course.
