Pavna Industries has submitted a corrected investor presentation for Q4 FY25 after fixing a typographical error in the original June 4 version. For FY25, revenue from operations stood at ₹308.24 crore, down 2.7% YoY, while PAT fell 33% to ₹8.04 crore with margins compressing to 2.61%. The company is in the middle of a strategic transition, phasing out its legacy Casting business (now 18% of mix vs 27% earlier) and growing the higher-margin Proprietary segment by over 20% to ₹260 crore. Management expects margin improvement to reflect from FY26 onwards. Key growth moves include acquiring land in Pantnagar and Hosur for greenfield plants, onboarding new business from South India-based OEMs for ignition switches and latches (ICE and EV), and a Board-approved ₹320 crore QIP to fund future expansion.
Near-term financials remain weak with declining revenue and sharp PAT contraction, but the strategic pivot toward Proprietary business, debt reduction (short-term borrowings down from ₹106.5 Cr to ₹27.9 Cr), and fresh QIP funds position the company for potential margin recovery and growth from FY26. Shareholders should watch execution of the new South India OEM contracts and how the ₹320 crore QIP is deployed.
