PB Global Limited reported its Q3 FY26 results (quarter ended 31 December 2025). Standalone revenue from operations surged to ₹807.34 lakhs, up about 58% from ₹509.83 lakhs in the same quarter last year, while consolidated revenue from operations rose roughly 42% YoY to ₹1,625.36 lakhs (vs ₹1,145.89 lakhs). However, the company remained in the red — standalone loss after tax was ₹102.23 lakhs (vs ₹108.53 lakhs loss in Q3 FY25), and consolidated loss after tax widened to ₹91.42 lakhs from ₹73.30 lakhs. On a nine-month basis, consolidated loss after tax widened to ₹409.72 lakhs (vs ₹312.54 lakhs in 9M FY25), while standalone 9-month loss stood at ₹344.82 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) review opinion. The board also approved the appointment of Mr Ganesh Kumar Dattatry Yangandul as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
Strong top-line growth is a positive signal, but persistent and widening losses mean shareholders are still not seeing profitability, which is likely to keep sentiment weak despite the revenue uptick.
