PC Jeweller Limited reported strong Q4FY26 results with standalone domestic revenue up 33% YoY to Rs 927 crore and PBT up 59% YoY to Rs 151 crore. Full year FY26 revenue grew 49% to Rs 3,351 crore with PBT of Rs 708 crore. PAT for FY26 stood at Rs 710 crore. The Board approved re-appointment of Shri Bairam Garg as Managing Director for 5 years from July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company reduced outstanding debt by over 90% since its September 2024 settlement with banks. Its preferential warrant issue of Rs 2,702 crore was completed in April 2026 with 93% conversion. New initiatives include a mining subsidiary in Chad, NSDC partnership for up to 200,000 micro-entrepreneurs, and plans for up to 100 franchise showrooms. Statutory auditors issued qualified opinions on export receivables and related compliance matters.
The strong financial performance and debt reduction signal operational turnaround progress, which is positive for shareholders. However, the auditor's qualified opinion on export receivables (Rs 183 crore pending approvals, Rs 281 crore ECL provision) represents a governance risk factor that investors should monitor.
