PDP Shipping & Projects' board, at its meeting on September 3, 2025, approved the re-appointment of statutory auditor M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. for a second 5-year term, from the conclusion of the 16th AGM (September 29, 2025) until the 21st AGM in 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
