Pearl Global Industries reported its best-ever consolidated performance for Q4 and FY25. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 40.1% YoY to Rs. 1,229 crore, adjusted EBITDA rose 41.7% to Rs. 119 crore, and PAT after minority interest increased 32.9% to Rs. 68 crore. Full-year FY25 revenue reached Rs. 4,506 crore (up 31.1%), adj EBITDA Rs. 411 crore (up 29.8%), and PAT Rs. 248 crore (up 42.0%). Standalone India business hit a double-digit 10.2% adj EBITDA margin in Q4, in line with prior guidance on operating leverage. Group turnover crossed Rs. 4,500 crore and group adj EBITDA surpassed Rs. 400 crore for the first time. The company declared a total FY25 dividend of Rs. 11.50 per share (22.9% payout), ROCE improved to 30.5%, and net debt turned to a net cash position. The India-UK FTA is seen as a major tailwind, with the UK business expected to double or triple within 1-2 years.
Strong set of results with record revenues, profits, and a turnaround to net cash position signals financial strength and growth momentum. The FY28 vision reaffirmation, FTA-driven UK expansion plans, and Rs. 250 crore FY26 capex plan suggest management is confident in sustained growth, which is positive for long-term shareholders.
