Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd has filed copies of its newspaper advertisement for audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The results were published in Financial Express (English), Jansatta (Hindi) and Hindustan (Hindi) on May 23, 2025, and were approved by the Board on May 19, 2025. On a standalone basis, full-year total income rose to about Rs. 390.49 crore from Rs. 366.22 crore in FY24, while net profit after tax grew to about Rs. 49.83 crore from Rs. 44.37 crore. Standalone basic EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 36.30 versus Rs. 39.50 in FY24. The Board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share (30%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, the company acquired control of Suraj Bhan Agencies Limited on February 28, 2025, which has been consolidated into the FY25 results from the acquisition date.
