Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd has published a public notice in Financial Express (Delhi), Jansatta (New Delhi), and Dainik Jagran (Agra and Aligarh) on 9th August 2025, informing equity shareholders about the upcoming transfer of shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority's DEMAT Account. Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 6 of IEPF Rules 2016 (amended February 2017), shares whose dividends have not been claimed for seven or more consecutive years are liable to be transferred. Affected shareholders have already been individually notified by courier, and the full list of such shareholders with their folio/DP ID details has been uploaded on the company's website www.peeceecosma.com. Shareholders can still claim their unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-2018 by submitting PAN, a cancelled cheque, and a signed letter to the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., on or before 15th September 2025 to prevent the transfer of their shares.
Shareholders who have not claimed dividends for 7+ years risk having their shares permanently moved to the IEPF Authority, but they retain the right to reclaim both the shares and dividends by acting before the 15th September 2025 deadline or by filing Form IEPF-5 later. No direct material impact on the stock price is expected, as this is a routine regulatory compliance action concerning inactive shareholder accounts.
