Q4 FY26 showed Total Income of Rs 933.70 crore, EBITDA of Rs 114.06 crore, and PAT of Rs 41.04 crore. The company has two business verticals - Diversified Engineering (Rs 1,871.77 crore revenue) and Customised Engineering Products (Rs 1,835.60 crore). EBITDA margin improved to 11.09% in FY26 from 10.77% in FY25, while PAT margin improved to 3.83% from 3.70%. International revenue grew to 24.1% of total from 20% previously. The company operates 14 manufacturing plants across India, USA, France, Germany, and UAE.
The consistent margin improvement and double-digit growth across revenue and profitability metrics indicates operational efficiency gains. The expanding international revenue share and working capital cycle reduction to 74-76 days from 90-95 days signal better capital efficiency. The new Raebareli PEB plant and US acquisitions strengthen future growth prospects.
