Pennar Industries has submitted copies of the newspaper advertisement published on 14 August 2025 in Business Standard and Nava Telangana, containing the extract of its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. Consolidated income from operations grew about 15% year-on-year to Rs. 85,400 lakhs (vs Rs. 74,089 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while net profit after tax and minority interest rose roughly 19% to Rs. 3,194 lakhs (vs Rs. 2,680 lakhs). Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs. 2.37, up from Rs. 1.96 in the year-ago quarter. On a standalone basis, revenue rose to Rs. 66,232 lakhs and profit after tax climbed to Rs. 2,259 lakhs from Rs. 1,856 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board on 13 August 2025 after Audit Committee review on 12 August 2025.
The filing is a procedural compliance disclosure (newspaper publication) rather than new information — the underlying Q1 results were already filed. The 15% revenue growth and ~19-21% profit/EPS growth are healthy and supportive of a positive earnings momentum narrative, but are not new news for the market.
