Pennar Industries published its audited Q4 and FY2026 financial results in Business Standard and Nava Telangana newspapers on 27 May 2026. Consolidated Q4 total income was Rs 93,370 lakh (up 2.3% from Rs 91,305 lakh in Q4 FY25), with net profit after tax and minority interest at Rs 4,104 lakh (up 15.4% YoY). For the full year FY26, consolidated total income stood at Rs 3,66,632 lakh with net profit of Rs 13,881 lakh. Annual EPS is Rs 10.29. Standalone Q4 income was Rs 67,938 lakh, down from Rs 72,752 lakh in Q4 FY25, though standalone profit after tax grew to Rs 2,856 lakh from Rs 2,764 lakh. Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 25 May and approved by the Board on 26 May 2026.
The company posted double-digit profit growth in Q4 on a consolidated basis. However, standalone revenue declined year-on-year, which may raise questions about underlying business momentum. Full-year performance shows moderate growth overall.
